I <3 OFFAL

I had a wonderful birthday dinner this evening at Chef Chris Cosentino’s restaurant, Incanto, in San Francisco. Appetizers were foie gras, trotters, strawberry jam & pickled green strawberries; beef heart tartare & a quail egg & mission figs with Boccalone Lardo. Pasta course was pork blood pappardelle with pork kidney. And my main course was pork belly & leg with grilled peaches, dandelion greens & onion salsa. If you ❤ OFFAL like I do, you have to go to Incanto!
