For tonight’s dining pleasure…

I made Grilled Gaucho Steak with Grilled Red Onions and Heirloom Tomatoes on a Pita. The side dish was Lemon Oil Smashed Potatoes. It was a great night for grilling and enjoying meat and potatoes.
